Let’s Make 2026 the Smoothest Year Yet!

Check out our five quick tips for a streamlined renewal process.

It’s renewal season at OneCert. Many of you have already submitted your Annual Update Forms, and many more will be doing so soon. As you prepare for the 2026 certification cycle, we’ve got 5 quick tips to streamline your renewal submission:

  1. Not sure where to start? Start with the Renewal Newsletter, a PDF document in your packet, then use your Annual Update Form (AUF) as a checklist of what you need to attach in your submission. We encourage working through this document and preparing the other attachments as you go. Don't forget to sign the final page!
  2. Use Current Forms - Make sure to use the current year forms sent to you in your renewal packet only -- submitting older versions will be returned for resubmission.
  3. Organic System Plan (OSP) Updates - Both Handler and Producer OSP Forms’s include new or clarified questions. Be sure to review thoroughly and update to reflect current practices.
  4. Make Sure to Flag Big Changes - Be sure to indicate in your AUF and related forms when you are adding new products, new land, or other major changes. Some changes require inspection before we can grant certification, so early and clear communication is essential!
  5. Avoid Delays & Late Fees - Submitting your renewal on or before your due date ensures a timely inspection and avoids the addition of late fees.
